Contour

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 20, 2026

Contour measures facial proportions from a face scan and compares them with reference ranges. This policy explains what Contour collects, why, who can see it, and how to delete it.

What we collect

What stays on your phone

How we use it

We use your data only to run Contour: to show your results and plan, save them to your account, and sign you in. We don't use your face measurements or photos to identify you or for advertising.

Contour has no ads, no advertising trackers and no analytics tools.

Who can see it

Your scans, photos and plan are visible only to you. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We don't share it with surgeons or other providers.

These services handle your data so the app can work:

We may disclose data if the law requires it.

How it's protected

Data is encrypted when it's sent and when it's stored. Scan photos are kept in private storage that only your account can open.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you delete it.

Deleted data is removed from our database and storage right away. It can remain in our hosting provider's encrypted backups for up to 30 days, and then it's gone.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever they live.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
